Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Infact, it is one of our most favourite things to do, so if you have anything you’d like made, get in touch with us to see if we can help!

How does the process work?

The first step to the process is to get in contact with us, and let us know what idea or event you have, or show us some examples of what you are after, from that point onward we will give you a quote and start the design process. We will provide you with some mockup designs before locking it in to make sure you get what you are looking for.

After you approved a design, we will get started making your custom product, we will send you a photo of the final product and then prepare it for shipping or pickup!

Once I've ordered, how long does it take?

This depends on the complexity of your order. If it is a custom order it could take between 2-4 weeks, we will discuss this with you before confirming your order. If it is a generic stocked item it can be shipped within 2-3 days.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

If you have placed a custom order with us and have finalised the design process, please contact us ASAP to discuss if you wanted to make any changes. We will try accomodate any changes where possible but please note if we have already started making your product it may not be possible to make preferred changes without incurring extra costs.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are sent with Australia Post most of the time. Typical delivery time within Perth Metro is 1-2 days, and have found to other major Australian cities 5-7 days and regional areas up to 10 days. However these are just guidelines as we have no control over postage timeframes.

Do you allow pickup options?

Yes, we allow pickup from our workshop in Baldivis, WA or alternatively we may be able to keep your order at one of our stockist locations for pickup.

Returns and Refunds
I've made a mistake on my order, can you remake it?

Unfortunately we do not offer to remake products if you have made a mistake. We send out digital designs for approval and we please ask you double check the design for errors on names, words, dates etc. We will try accomodate where we can for the instances of mistakes however we may not be able to always assist after the product has been completed!

My product arrived faulty and/or damaged

We recommend inspecting your items prior to removing from packaging. If your items have been damaged in transit we suggest taking a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging.

Australia Post requires the recipient to make the claim for damaged items. To submit a claim for compensation from Australia Post. We advise lodging your claim within 48 hours of delivery via this link. Compensation claims can only be made within 30 days of delivery.

Once your claim has been lodged, please email us your claim/reference number and photos of the damage. We will keep you updated with any information Australia Post provides us and advise whether a replacement or repair is possible.

My product fell off after I've mounted it, can you replace it?

We will supply recommendations on mounting products to use, however these are only recommendations as the buyer is responsible for assessing the most appropriate fixings to use for your particular material. We would recommend using a high quality double sided tape such as 3M double sided tape for most cases. We are not to be held responsible for accidental damage and cannot offer replacements for damage due to falling or mishandling.

How do I mount my product?

Our general recommendation is to use a high quality 3M double sided tape, however the customer is responsible for assessing the most appropriate fixing for your particular surface.

If that is not an option, please get in contact with us and we can discuss other possible fixing methods.

What is your products made of?

All of our products is made of MDF or Plywood. We do not currently use any Acrylics.

Do you only sell online?

No, we are stocked in physical stores in WA. If you’d like some more information on where to find us in store please get in contact!
